Our Mission: Our Mission for Inner City
All-Start Classic Program has four main focus areas.

l ) To actively place and share information with young men and women
about higher education institutions and the many
athletic college scholarship opportunities.

ll ) To organize, prepare, and direct young inner city atheletes toward
positive role models from our community and beyond.

lll ) give recognitio to young inner city atheletes for their
accomplishments of atheletic skills and abilities as well as their
scholastic achievements.

lV ) Showcase some of the finest andmost talented
high school basketball players in the country.

Our Educational Program:

The Inner City All-Star Classic Programs' most important
component is our 'Life Skills' Seminars. The 'Life Skills' Seminiars are a
series of motivational sessions to prepare our youth forthe real world.

Each session features local and national atheletes, educators,
and leaders from the inner city as well as the business communities at large.

This program evaluates, prepares, and inspires the youth by
setting goals to meet and excel; opening the door to success in life.

The purpose of these sessions is clear:

1 ) To restore a sense of hope and vision to our community's youth.

2 ) Set a higher standard of excellence for classroomachievement, health
standards, respecting one another.

3 ) Make a positive impact on our youth through mentoring,
role modeling, and dialogue.

Now approaching our 13th year of providing outstanding service
in the community, our participants, which are graduating student atheletes,
will have the opportunity to further their education
through academic or atheletic scholarships.

The program also provides detailed information on health issues
and tracks the participating youth for further assistance
and encouragement beyond the programs duration.

The entire 'Inner City All-Star Classic' Program
continually prides itself on the support given to the inner city
youth and will continue to follow their progress throughout
their careers.
